This painting needs little explanation. Our fisheries, the world over, are threatened. I'm doing my part to spread awareness.
This work has been hand-painted on silk using permanent textile dyes that are steam set to insure longevity. After the painting is completed, the silk is stretched over a padded board and framed in a beautiful wood frame without glass to ensure the viewer can enjoy the sheen of the natural silk and dyes. Framed dimensions: 36" x 40". IN STOCK

Care Instructions
Hand wash in warm water with a delicate soap. There will likely be color escaping. Swish it a few times and be sure not to let it sit. Add a splash of white vinegar to rinse water. Rinse again. Hang to dry. For flat scarves iron with steam. For Activity Scarves, wring out excess moisture, twist the scarf and wrap it around a towel bar to ensure you maintain the creases.
