“Misty Mountain Morning" - Silk Wallhanging - $325

Summer in the Western Maine mountains--some mornings are cool and flat calm on the lake with just a hint of mist and a cloudy sky. Will it rain or will the clouds break for a sunny day? (Photos show half of the image at a time...this format doesn’t work well for wide or long!)

This work has been hand-painted on dupioni silk using permanent textile dyes that are steam set to insure longevity. After the painting is completed, the side edges of the silk are sewn. You have a choice of clear acrylic hangers, as shown, or wooden hangers.  Finished size is 46” x 18”.
