"Maine Mountain Spring Landscape" - Painting on Silk - $165

Spring in the Western Maine mountains--bright, vibrant colors begin to fill in the landscape and the lake is dappled with color and sunlight.

This work has been hand-painted on silk using permanent textile dyes that are steam set to insure longevity. After the painting is completed, the silk is stretched over a padded board and framed without glass to ensure the viewer can enjoy the sheen of the natural silk and dyes. Framed dimensions: 12.25" x 12.25"
